Dr Tushar Agarwal graduated from the University of Delhi, India in 1991. His initial postgraduate training in surgery was at the University of Delhi. After a time of senior residency in New Delhi, he completed his Higher Surgical Training in the North West Thames Surgical Rotation.
Mr. Agarwal subsequently earned a one-year fellowship in Colorectal Surgery from University College Hospital and Guys & St. Thomas’ Hospital. He spent a period of Observership at the Cleveland Clinic in Ohio.
He was named a consultant surgeon in 2011 and is currently employed as a Colorectal and General Surgeon at the London North West Paddy Trust.
Dr Tushar Agarwal specializes in laparoscopic colorectal surgery, colorectal cancer, inflammatory bowel disease and proctology (surgery for haemorrhoids, anal fissures and anal fistulae).
He is a graduate and postgraduate surgeon and Honorary Senior Lecturer at Imperial College, London. He is the Director of the Training Program for Foundation Year Trainees.
