Dr. Aditya Verma completed his medical degree at Maulana Azad Medical College, New Delhi in 2000, a postgraduate course (MS) at Army Hospital, Research and Referral, New Delhi in 2006.
From 2006-2009, he completed a research and clinical fellowship in Vitreoretinal at the Medical Research Foundation, Sankara Nethralaya. After that, he served as an associate consultant in Sankara Nethralaya in the vitreoretinal department.
He has been employed as a consultant and head of Sitapur Eye Hospital, Uttar Pradesh, in the vitreoretinal department for a term of one year. He is currently working as an Associate Consultant in the Department of Vitreoretinal in Sankara Nethralaya.
He has written numerous articles in national and foreign journals and delivered a number of delegate talks at both national and international conferences. He was awarded the Dr. H.S.Trehan Trophy for Best Clinical Paper of the Delhi Ophthalmic Society 2004-2005.
