Biodata
- Dr Ho Hee Hwa is currently a Senior Consultant and Head of Interventional Cardiology at Tan Tock Seng Hospital’s Department of Cardiology. He is board certified in interventional cardiology and has a broad interest in the treatment of acute coronary syndromes, primary percutaneous coronary intervention, and general cardiology.
- Dr Ho graduated from the University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery degree in 1997. He became a member of the Royal College of Physicians of the United Kingdom (MRCP) in 2000 and completed his core cardiology training at Hong Kong’s Queen Mary Hospital in 2004. Dr Ho completed a fellowship in interventional cardiology at New York Presbyterian Hospital Weill-Cornell Medical Center in the United States of America in 2006.
- Dr Ho is a member of the National Health Group’s (NHG) Cardiology Senior Residency Program’s core clinical faculty and is actively involved in teaching and mentoring senior residents. From 2012 to 2019, he served as the Head of Cardiology Clinical Research, directing the department’s clinical trials and studies. He has published in a variety of international peer-reviewed journals and serves as a frequent peer-reviewer for many medical journals.
