Biodata
- Dr Lee Chee Wei is a Vascular Surgeon at Nexus Surgical Associates. He earned a bachelor’s degree in 1995 from the National University of Singapore and began his surgical training at Tan Tock Seng Hospital (TTSH). This led to the completion of his Advanced Specialty Training (AST) in General Surgery in 2005. In 2001, he was also elected a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh.
- Following completion of his AST, he was awarded an HMDP fellowship to practice Vascular Surgery at St Vincent’s Hospital in Sydney, Australia for one year. The training covered both open surgical treatments such as aortic repair, bypass surgery, and carotid endarterectomy, as well as endovascular operations such as peripheral angioplasties, endovascular repairs of the thoracic and abdominal aorta, and endovenous laser treatment of varicose veins.
