Prof. Dr Shaheen Akter earned his MBBS in 1996 from SSMC, Dhaka. In 2003, she earned an MD in Paediatrics from BSMMU. In July 2009, she earned an FCPS in Neonatology. She had significant training in Paediatrics and Neonatology at several colleges and institutions around the country, including Dhaka Shishu Hospital. She is an excellent doctor who is capable of treating patients and newborn emergencies. She has a substantial body of work to her credit. In April 2009, she joined Enam Medical College & Hospital as an Assistant Professor. She is now a Professor of Paediatrics.
