- Dr Nitin Shah is an accomplished pediatric hematologist with over 34 years of expertise.
Dr Nitin Shah is the President of the Indian Academy of Pediatrics (IAP), a member of the Asian Strategic Alliance for Pneumococcal Disease Prevention (ASAP) from India, and a fellow of the Indian Society of Hematology and Transfusion Medicine.
Dr Nitin Shah is adept in treating children with blood disorders such as lymphomas and leukemias, as well as cancers affecting children in particular, such as osteosarcoma, neuroblastoma, rhabdomyosarcoma, Wilms Tumor, etc. - He holds an MBBS, an MD in paediatrics, and a Diploma in child health (DCH).
- He has served as the editor-in-chief of the IAP Specialty Series Books, the editor of Pediatric Today and Pediatric Clinics of India, as well as the editor of the IAP Specialty Series Books on hematology, infectious illnesses, pediatric HIV, and rational antimicrobials.
- With his background in editing, he has contributed to numerous national and international periodicals.
