- Dr Prashant Patil has more than 33 years of expertise as a pediatric endocrinologist.
Dr Prashant Patil is a Distinguished Member of the European Society of Pediatric Endocrinology (ESPE), the International Society of Pediatric & Adolescent Diabetes (ISPAD), the Asia Pacific Pediatric Endocrine Society (APPES), the Indian Society of Pediatric and Adolescent Endocrinology (ISPAE), and the Indian Academy of Pediatrics (IAP).
He completed his ESPE clinical Fellowship in Pediatric Endocrinology & Diabetes at the prestigious Alder Hey Children’s Hospital in Liverpool, United Kingdom, as part of his illustrious career. - Dr Prashant Patil is particularly interested in Type 1 diabetes, obesity, metabolic syndrome, and childhood growth abnormalities.
- He has successfully organized and participated in a number of Pediatric Endocrinology conferences as a speaker.
- He has published numerous research papers on Bone health Index (BHI) and its relative measurement in GHD and CDGP children in order to evaluate the usage of Growth Hormone and Testosterone, respectively, as well as numerous other pertinent topics.
