Biodata
- Dr Linu Abraham Jacob is a senior medical oncologist consultant with over 14 years of experience in cancer care. Bangalore’s reputed Kidwai Memorial Institute of Oncology granted him a Doctor of Medicine in medical oncology. Medical Oncologist accredited by the European Society of Medical Oncology (ESMO) with an International Advanced Program in Hematology from UKGM, Germany. As a visiting doctor, he has also participated in an observership at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, United States, in the Division of Hematology. Dr Linu Abraham Jacob is an ACSU and Union International Cancer Control Fellow (UICC). In addition, he is an Associate Professor of Medical Oncology at the Kidwai Memorial Institute of Oncology in Bangalore and a teacher and mentor for the DM Medical Oncology super specialty course at the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS) in Bangalore. Several papers in national and international peer-reviewed journals are to his credit. In 2014, Dr Linu Abraham Jacob was awarded the “Rajiv Gandhi Gold Medal Award” for his exceptional achievements in the field of medicine.
