Dr Poh Guo Han Aaron is a Mount Elizabeth Hospital general surgeon.
In colorectal surgery and emergency surgery, his subspecialty is. He is also especially involved in minimally invasive colorectal surgery, minimally invasive gallbladder and hernia surgery, complex anorectal surgery (such as haemorrhoids, anal fistula, anal fissure, pilonidal disease, faecal incontinence, rectal prolapse, and anal cancer), advanced endoscopy, colonic stenting, and fixation of rib fractures.
Dr Poh Guo Han Aaron graduated in 2004 from the National University of Singapore and in the following year was admitted into the general surgery training program. He completed his training at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Birmingham, in advanced laparoscopic surgery, pelvic exenteration, and surgery for inflammatory bowel disease in 2014.
Dr Poh Guo Han Aaron was then licensed by the Ministry of Health, Singapore in 2015, as a specialist in general surgery. Since then, he has worked as a colorectal and trauma surgeon and as a trauma service lead in NTFGH at Ng Teng Fong General Hospital (NTFGH) and Tan Tock Seng Hospital.
