Dr Goh Ping Ping is specialized in the treatment of a wide range of heart and blood vessel cardiovascular disorders.
Dr Goh Ping Ping graduated in 1988 from the National University of Singapore (NUS) with a Bachelor of Medicine and a Bachelor of Surgery. At the National Heart Center, Singapore, she trained in internal medicine and further specialised in cardiology. At the Cleveland Clinic in Ohio, USA, she then received subspecialty training in echocardiography. She is now accredited by the American College of Sports Medicine as a clinical exercise specialist.
From 2007 to 2012, Dr Goh was formerly the Head of the Department of Cardiology at Changi General Hospital (CGH). She was the primary promoter of the clinical program for acute myocardial infarction, which provides heart attack patients with specialized and intensive treatment.
Dr Goh Ping Ping is an assistant assistant professor at the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, NUS. She is a member of the specialist cardiology training residency accreditation committee, the Singapore Heart Foundation’s medical director, and the official spokesperson for the Go Red For Women initiative to raise public awareness of heart disease and stroke.
