In 2002, Dr Law Lik Muk John graduated from the University of Melbourne, Australia with a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery and became a member of the Royal College of Physicians of the United Kingdom in 2008. He then received specialty training and was certified as a specialist in respiratory medicine and intensive care medicine by the Specialists Accreditation Board.
Dr Law Lik Muk John was formerly a consultant at Changi General Hospital in the Department of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine (CGH). In the SingHealth internal medicine residency program, he was also a key faculty member.
Dr Law Lik Muk John was an adjunct assistant professor at the Duke-NUS Medical School and a clinical lecturer at the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine at the National University of Singapore, in addition to his clinical practice. Dr Law is currently a member of the board of directors of the Respiratory Physicians Chapter at the Singapore Academy of Medicine.
