Dr Ashley Prosper is a radiologist at Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center who specializes in thoracic and diagnostic cardiovascular imaging. At the University of Southern California, she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Biological Sciences with a minor in business administration. She received her medical degree from the Keck School of Medicine at USC.
Dr Prosper completed a nuclear medicine fellowship following her residency in diagnostic radiology at USC in 2016. One year later, she completed a fellowship in cardiothoracic imaging and intervention.
Dr Prosper has certifications from the American Board of Nuclear Medicine and the American Board of Radiology. Her research interests include of early lung cancer detection, imaging biomarkers of cardiac involvement in Duchenne’s Muscular Dystrophy, and advanced imaging in pediatric congenital heart disease. Dr. Prosper received the UCLA Radiology Young Faculty Teaching Award for two consecutive years (2017-18 & 2018-19).
