Biodata
- Dr Barani R received his orthopaedic surgical training in Pondicherry, India’s famed Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research (JIPMER). Later in his career, he completed a fellowship in spine surgery at Christian Medical College Vellore (CMC). In South Korea, Japan, and the United States of America, he received additional concentrated training in spinal deformity, geriatric spine surgery, and minimally invasive spine surgery. He is an active member of numerous worldwide spine societies and has a strong scholarly interest.
