- Dr Chang Wei Chun Eddie his career in 1980 as a Senior Registrar in Orthopaedic Surgery at Tan Tock Seng and Singapore General Hospitals. Dr. Chang has been a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon since 1981, specializing in Traumatic, Arthroscopic, Spinal, and Reconstructive Surgery. Dr. Chang has over 35 years of experience in the fields of Orthopaedic, Trauma, and Spinal Surgery. Trauma, arthroscopic, spinal, and reconstructive surgery are among his special interests. He also consults as an orthopaedic surgeon at Gleneagles, Mount Elizabeth, and Parkway East hospitals (East Shore Hospital). Dr. Chang is a Specialist Licensed in Orthopaedic Surgery by the Specialist Accreditation Board of the Singapore Ministry of Health. He was also a former member of Gleneagles Hospital’s Medical Advisory Board. Dr. Chang is a Fellow of the International College of Surgeons in good standing (F.I.C.S.). He was named Treasurer of the International College of Surgeons in 2004. (Singapore Section). He was then named Honorary Surgeons Auditor of the International College of Surgeons (Singapore Section) in 2005, and Vice-President of the International College of Surgeons in 2006. Dr. Chang is also the acting Vice-Chairman of the College of Surgeons of Singapore’s Chapter of Orthopaedic Surgeons.
