- Dr Charmain Zhao Liling is an Otorhinolaryngology expert accredited by the Ministry of Health (ENT). She earned a bachelor’s degree in 2008 from NUS and finished her ENT training at Tan Tock Seng and Khoo Teck Puat Hospitals in 2017. She is a fellow of the Academy of Medicine Singapore and a member of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons (Glasgow).
- Dr Zhao previously practiced ENT at Khoo Teck Puat Hospital and served as a clinical tutor for the NTU Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine. Apart from clinical practice, Dr Zhao is an active researcher in the field of otolaryngology-head and neck surgery, having published scholarly publications in peer-reviewed international medical journals. Additionally, her work has been presented at numerous regional and international conferences. Dr Zhao is trilingual in English, Mandarin, and Malay. Dr Zhao has experience managing general ENT issues in adults and children, including sinus illness, ear disease, snoring, voice, and head and neck conditions.
