- Dr Gautam Tawari completed his medical training at Mumbai’s reputed Grant medical college and Sir JJ group of hospitals. He pursued MRCS in the United Kingdom before beginning specialised orthopedic studies in the United Kingdom. He received an M.Ch. in Trauma & Orthopaedics and an FRCS in Trauma & Orthopaedics from the Royal College of Surgeons in the United Kingdom.
- He completed a fellowship for advanced arthroscopic surgery (keyhole surgery) and arthroplasty surgery (Joint replacement surgery) for the shoulder & elbow joint at the Royal Derby hospital (UK) and advanced Wrist & Hands Surgery abilities at the Pulvertaft Hand center in the United Kingdom. Additionally, he completed a residency in Hip and Knee Replacement at Wrightington Hospital (UK).
- His specialty is sports trauma, and he has a Diploma in Sports & Exercise Medicine (Dip.SEM) from the Royal College of Surgeons of Great Britain and Ireland (GB&I).
