Dr Goh Swee Heng is an ophthalmologist practising in Singapore.

Dr Goh Swee Heng specializes in the treatment of thyroid eye disorders, orbital socket repair, advanced lacrimal drainage problems, complicated lid problems, and micro-autologous fat transfer (MAFT) for facial augmentation.
Dr Goh Swee Heng completed a surgical residency during which she received training in oculoplastic, lacrimal, and orbital surgery at the Moorfields Eye Hospital and University College London Institute of Ophthalmology in the UK.
Dr Goh Swee Heng was the former consultant and the former director of the ophthalmology division at the Singapore General Hospital . She later moved to private practice in ophthalmology but continues as a visiting senior consultant to the Singapore National Eye Centre.
In 2013, Dr Goh participated in a hands-on training course for facial rejuvenation under a renowned facial rejuvenation specialist from Taiwan, Dr Lin Tsai Ming.
She has arranged and presided a wide range of meetings such as the World Congress of Ophthalmology, and the Asia Pacific Ophthalmology Congress. She was active in the administration and teaching of students, residents and surgeons in general.
She has been active in Hainanese clan activities since the 1980s. She serves on the board of directors of the Buddhist Compassion Relief Tzu Chi Foundation (Singapore Chapter) and in charge of the eye division of the Tzu Chi Medical Association overseas medical mission to Indonesia and Sri Lanka.
She has written 20 papers on eyelid malpositions, orbit tumours, ptosis, and corneal dysthyroid disorders. She had served as a member of the editorial board of the journal and was active in the editing and reviewing of several research articles and books.
Dr Goh is a qualified specialist in Ophthalmology, a member of the Singapore Medical Association, the Singapore Society of Ophthalmology, and the founding member of the Asia Pacific Society of Oculoplastic Surgery.
