- Cardiologist Dr Lee Yian Ping. He previously worked at Khoo Teck Puat Hospital as a consultant cardiologist and program director (KTPH). He is now a visiting consultant at the NUHC and KTPH. He was also an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the National University of Singapore’s Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine. Dr Lee is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians (Edinburgh), the European Society of Cardiology, the American College of Cardiology, and the Singapore Academy of Medicine. He completed his advanced specialist training at the National University Heart Centre and then won a Ministry of Health fellowship to pursue subspecialty study in Interventional Cardiology at the Liverpool Hospital in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.
- Dr Lee specializes in interventional cardiology (angiograms and stent insertion), general cardiology, radial approach coronary intervention, and pacemaker implantation. He is particularly interested in difficult coronary procedures, such as chronic complete occlusions (CTO). He is also proficient in non-invasive procedures such as echocardiography, ambulatory electrocardiography, ambulatory blood pressure, and treadmill exercise stress assessments.
