Education & Experience:
Dr Lim Tai Tian is an accredited cardiologist at Singapore’s Mount Elizabeth Hospitals and Gleneagles Hospital.
Procedures such as coronary angiogram catherisation, coronary angioplasty and stenting, rotablator, IVUS and cardioversion can be performed.
At the National University Hospital (NUH) in Singapore, he was a former consultant cardiologist in the cardiac department. He has also worked at the National Heart Centre as a cardiologist and visiting advisor (NHC).
Dr Lim Tai Tian is a visiting advisor to the Jerduong Park Medical Centre in Brunei and a member of ClinQuest’s scientific advisory board. Inc. Inc.
From 1996-2000, he was a senior lecturer at the National University of Singapore.
Dr Lim Tai Tian was the local principal investigator for a number of international multicentre clinical trials for medical devices and experimental drugs during his tenure at NUS and NHC. His experimental work, which culminated in a number of patents, was on stent coatings for continuous drug release.
Dr Lim Tai Tian is also interested in drug delivery technologies, one of which, in Europe, is in human clinical trials.
