- Dr Lingaraj Krishna is an orthopaedic surgeon based in Singapore’s Gleneagles Hospital.
He has additional subspecialties in knee and hip surgery, as well as orthopaedic sports medicine.
Additionally, he has a particular interest in sports-related knee surgery, knee ligament repair, hip and knee joint replacement, and revision joint surgery. - Dr Lingaraj Krishna is also the director of the National University Hospital’s (NUH) Sports Centre in Singapore. He also serves as the director of the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery’s Division of Sports Medicine and Surgery at NUH.
He is also an assistant professor at Singapore’s National University (NUS).
Dr Lingaraj is a member of the executive board of Sport Singapore, Singapore’s national governing body for sport. He also serves on the Civil Aviation Medical Board and is a member of the ASEAN Society for Sports Medicine and Arthroscopy (ASSA), the Asia-Pacific Knee Society (APKS), and the Asian Knee Arthroscopy Think-Tank (AKAT). He also serves on the International Society of Arthroscopy, Knee Surgery, and Orthopaedic Sports Medicine’s membership committee (ISAKOS).
He has authored over 40 peer-reviewed scientific publications and presented at over 70 conferences.
Dr Lingaraj is also an avid sports fan and was a good squash player in the past.
