Dr Mok Kan Hwei Paul, ENT specialist, has expertise in ear, nose and throat medicine at Mount Elizabeth Novena Hospital. His area of research is speech, swallowing and snoring.

Dr Mok Kan Hwei Paul was the Deputy Chairman of Medisave’s Medical Review Committee from 2013 to 2015, as well as being the Head of Otolaryngology at Alexandra Hospital, as well as the Head & Neck Surgeon at Khoo Teck Puat Hospital. He has been the clinical lead in speech and swallowing disorders, sleep-disordered breathing, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in various hospitals including Tan Tock Seng Hospital, Alexandra Hospital and Khoo Teck Puat Hospital.
Dr Mok Kan Hwei Paul received his doctorate from the National University of Singapore in 1991. He received his doctorate degree in ENT surgery at the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons, Glasgow in 1997. Dr Mok spent a year at the Grabscheid Voice Centre at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York, seeking a Fellowship in Laryngology. In 2002, he returned to Tan Tock Seng’s General Hospital for two years before leaving for private practice.
Even though in private practice, he loves going back to Tan Tock Seng Hospital, Khoo Teck Puat Hospital and Ng Teng Fong General Hospital as a visiting consultant to run the subspecialty clinics there and to teach the junior doctors.
