- Dr Mr Patrick Troy earned a Bachelor of Science degree from University College Dublin in 2010. (Neuroscience). He then attended the University of Limerick to earn a Master’s degree in Speech and Language Therapy. Prior to joining Raffles Hospital, Patrick worked in an Irish neurorehabilitation center and at Singapore’s National University Hospital. He has considerable experience handling patients’ swallowing and communication needs across a variety of specialties, including geriatrics, cancer, neurology, intensive care, and neurosurgery. Patrick is also skilled in the administration of tracheostomies and videofluoroscopic swallowing investigations.
- Patrick is also actively involved in clinical quality improvement, medico-legal concerns, clinical teaching, and research in addition to clinical work.
