- I am currently working since Jan 2016 as Professor & Head with Department Of Orthopaedics & Spine Surgery at Raigad Hospital & Research Center and Dr NYT Institute of Health Sciences (Proposed), Bhivpuri Rd , karjat.
- The institute hospitals are one of tertiary referral center for surgical cases from all over Raigad district. The surgical spectrum encompasses all kind of Spinal pathologies from degenerative infections and deformities to high cervical spine pathologies and spinal trauma cases
- I worked as Associate Professor & Spine Surgeon Consultant with MGM University Hospital College & group Hospitals affiliated to MGM University of health Sciences, Navi Mumbai since Dec 2008 to dec 2015. The surgical spectrum encompasses all kind of Spinal pathologies from degenerative infections and deformities to high cervical spine pathologies and spinal trauma cases.
- The institute hospitals are one of tertiary referral center for surgical cases from all over Navi Mumbai and Raigad district. My teaching duties involve training of the undergraduate and postgraduate student of orthopedics together with nursing and physiotherapy staff.

- Dr Pravin Padalkar has over ten years of expertise as a Spine Surgeon and Orthopedist.
Dr Pravin Padalkar is a Life Member of the North American Spine Society, the Association of Spine Surgeons of India, and the Maharastra Medical Council.
He received his MBBS from King Edward Memorial Hospital And Seth Gordhandas Sunderdas Medical College, Mumbai, in 2000, and subsequently completed Fellowships in Joint Replacement at National University Hospital New Delhi (2006) and Spine Surgery at Singapore General Hospital (2008). (2007) - First Certificate of Honour in Biochemistry, Pharmacology, Pathology, Microbiology, and Community Medicine; Second Certificate of Honour in Physiology, Forensic Medicine, ENT, and Surgery; First Rank in Second MBBS.
- Dr Pravin Padalkar is engaged in academia and research, and he has numerous national and international scientific presentations and publications in indexed, peer-reviewed journals to his name.
