- Dr Sachin Palnitkar is skilled in all facets of hepatology and gastrointestinal emergencies, including Gastrointestinal Bleed, Medical Management of all Acute Abdominal Conditions, Liver Failure, Chronic Liver Disease and its Complications, Biliary and Pancreatic Issues. Additionally, he is skilled in Diagnostic and Therapeutic Endoscopy (Banding, Electrocoagulation, Dilatation, Foreign Body Removal, Feeding Tube Placement, Percutaneous Endoscopic Gastrostomy).
- Dr Sachin Palnitkar received his MD in Internal Medicine from Mumbai’s INHS Asvini (2009-12). Maharashtra Health University awarded him with a gold medal for achieving first place in the January 2012 MD exam.
- He was trained in one of the pioneer liver transplant facilities in South India for three years and practiced there as a consultant hepatologist for the past four years, managing more than 250 liver transplant patients. Throughout his DNB training, he watched, assisted, and did all Diagnostic and Therapeutic GI Procedures, such as Gastroscopies, Colonoscopies, ERCP, and Motility Studies.
