- Dr Sangram Karandikar has over 16 years of expertise as a general and laparoscopic surgeon.
Dr Sangram Karandikaris a Life Member of the Association of Minimal Access Surgeons of India (AMASI), the Association of Surgeons of India (ASI), the Indian Association of Gastrointestinal Endo Surgeons (IAGES), the National Academy of Medical Sciences (MNAMS), the Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy of India (SGEI), and the Maharastra Medical Council (WALS).
In 2001, he received the prestigious Sagar Gupta Memorial Award, and in 2006, he received the Lifetime Health Achievement Award. - In 1998 and 2003, he earned his MBBS and MS from the Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences in Wardha. The Association of Minimal Access Surgeons of India granted him a Fellowship in Minimal Access Surgery in 2012.
- In addition, Dr Sangram Karandikar holds the MNAMS – General Surgery certification from the National Academy of Medical Sciences, India, 2010.
