Experience
- Dr. Seng graduated from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland in 1996 and was admitted to the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists in London in 1997. He completed his sub-specialty training in 2000 through the Ministry of Health Singapore’s HMDP scholarship at the Royal Hallamshire Hospital’s Centre for Reproductive Medicine and Fertility in the United Kingdom. He is the first Singaporean to graduate from the University of New South Wales with a master’s degree in reproductive medicine (Australia). He is currently a fellow of the Singapore College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and a licensed IVF specialist with the Ministry of Health.
- Dr. Seng is an Obstetrician & Gynecologist with over 12 years of experience caring for women’s health. He is the clinical director of Gleneagles Medical Centre’s fertility solutions. His scientific interests include the use of GnRH antagonists in in vitro fertilization (IVF) and the treatment of polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS).
