- With over 38 years of experience, Dr. Sunil Modi is one of the most successful interventional cardiologists.
He is a member for life of the Association of Physicians of India, the Indian Society of Electrocardiology, the Cardiology Society of India, and the Indian College of Cardiology.
In addition, he is a member of The Asian Pacific Society of Interventional Cardiology, the American Society of Echocardiography, and the Endovascular Society of India, of which he was a founding member. - His areas of expertise include Interventional Cardiology, Heart Failure Prevention, CMEs, and teaching.
Dr. Modi has authored 9 articles for Indexed Journals and 18 for Volumes, Proceedings, and non-indexed journals.
He has won numerous awards, including five gold medals, four silver medals, and the Chancellor’s medal for top medical college student in 1975, among others.
In 1984, he also established an invasive cardiology program at the National Heart Institute, the first private cardiac center in northern India.
