“EASL Young Investigator Award 2011” by European Association for study of the liver Disease (EASL), at Berlin, Germany on March 2011.

Biodata

Dr Vikram Raut has over ten years of expertise as a liver transplant surgeon.
Dr Vikram Raut was a member of the ILTS website committee (2013-2015) and the ILTS Vanguard committee (2013-2015). (2010-2013).
He has vast experience with Living-donor liver transplantation, having performed more than a thousand liver transplants.
After completing his surgical training at the B.Y. L. Nair hospital in Mumbai, he traveled to the Kyoto Hospital in Japan to complete a Fellowship in liver transplantation.
Hospital Beaujon in Paris, France, and Asan Medical Center in Seoul, South Korea provided him with training in liver transplantation and hepatobiliary surgery.
Dr Vikram Raut’s areas of expertise include ABO-Incompatible Liver Transplantation, Small-for-Size Syndrome, Living Donor Liver Transplantation for Hepatocellular Carcinoma, and Laparoscopic/Robotic Liver Surgery.
