- Dr Wong Chiung Ing is a surgical oncologist practicing in Singapore’s Mount Elizabeth and Gleneagles hospitals.
She graduated from the University of Manchester in the United Kingdom with a medical degree. She completed her postgraduate training in internal medicine in a variety of hospitals in England’s North West area.
She continued her education at the National University Hospital (NUH), where she earned a specialist certificate in medical oncology from the Singapore Ministry of Health. - She previously worked at NUH as a consulting medical oncologist before joining Parkway Cancer Centre.
Dr Wong has a long history of involvement in clinical trials, especially Phase I trials examining novel cancer therapies. She has presented and published her work in peer-reviewed journals, including the Journal of Clinical Oncology, the American Society of Clinical Oncology’s official journal (ASCO).
