- Dr Yip Chee Chew, Head and Senior Consultant, OVS Department, practices subspecialty eyelid, bone socket (orbit), and tear drainage system illnesses. Additionally, he does cataract surgery, general ophthalmology, and cosmetic eye surgery (including Botox® injections, dermal filler injections, chemical peels, blepharoplasty, and ptosis surgery). A/Prof Yip completed a two-year fellowship in oculoplastics in America at the University of Cincinnati and the University of Los Angeles, both in California, through the Ministry of Health’s HMDP scholarship system. He served as President of the Asia Pacific Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (2012–2012) and as the Honourary Secretary of the College of Ophthalmologists, Singapore Academy of Medicine (2010 to date).
