How to Make an Appointment in Chelsea and Westminster Hospital

Appointments in Chelsea and Westminster Hospital can be made in one of three ways:
- While you are at your GP appointment, your GP will book you.
- You can reach the ERS appointment line at 0345 608 8888, which is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., and on weekends and holidays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. (closed on Christmas Day). The cost of a call may vary.
- Online booking is available at www.nhs.uk/referrals.
- You can call 0345 850 2250 from a textphone.
Please remember that you will need the booking reference number listed on your booking letter, as well as a password/access code provided by your GP practice, to book online or through the ERS line. If you don’t have or have misplaced this information, please contact your GP practice.
