Dr Anil has been a practicing diabetologist in Mumbai for the last 32 years. In 1980, he earned his postgraduate MD from Grant Medical College in Mumbai. From 1980 to 1982, he worked in the Department of Endocrinology at KEM Hospital, Mumbai, as a Research Officer.
Dr Bhoraskar may be contacted at the S L Raheja Hospital in Mahim as an Honorary Diabetologist. In addition to his medical practice, he is an Honorary Assistant Professor at Grant Medical College, where he teaches medical students at the undergraduate and graduate levels.
Dr Bhoraskar has published multiple papers and articles in national and international journals and has participated in various symposiums, seminars, and conferences sponsored by the Diabetic Association of India, International Diabetes Federation (IDF), and Association of Physicians of India. He is the IDF Representative for India and the incoming IDF Chairman for South-East Asia.
