Biodata
Dr Annabel Chew serves as a Senior Consultant in the Glaucoma Department at the Singapore National Eye Centre (SNEC). Graduating from the Faculty of Medicine, National University of Singapore (NUS) in 2005, she pursued her Ophthalmology residency training in Singapore, receiving the Ministry of Health Training
Award in 2010 for her exceptional specialist training. Dr Annabel Chew earned her Master of Medicine (Ophthalmology) from NUS in 2011, obtaining specialist accreditation in Ophthalmology in 2014. She became a Fellow of the Academy of Medicine, Singapore (FAMS), and a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh in 2016 after completing her Glaucoma sub-specialty fellowship training at the Singapore National Eye Centre.
Beyond her clinical work, Dr Annabel Chew holds academic appointments as a Clinical Assistant Professor of SingHealth Duke-NUS Ophthalmology & Visual Sciences Academic Clinical Programme and a Clinical Lecturer at the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine of NUS.
