- I worked as an associate Cardiologist at Apollo Hospital, Chennai, in the year 2002-2004
- I was working as HOD and Senior Consultant – Interventional Cardiologist at Billroth Hospitals, Chennai from August 2005 to December 2013 and have established the Cardiology and Interventional Cardiology Department. Simultaneously I had also been taking charge of the Cardiology Department at Lifelline Hospitals, OMR. Prior to this, I had worked at MIOT Hospitals, Frontier Lifeline (Dr. KM Cherian Hospital) during the period 2004-2005

- Dr Dhamodaran K is one of Tamil Nadu’s top interventional cardiologists, now affiliated with Apollo Hospitals. He has worked as a senior consultant in leading institutions in Tamil Nadu for more than a decade of his medical career. He was also instrumental in the establishment of the Interventional Cardiology section at Billroth Hospitals in Chennai. He has authored multiple research papers on the treatment of various heart disorders in a variety of patient populations, including diabetics. Additionally, he is a co-founder of the Tamil Nadu Interventional Council.
