- Dr Low Teck Boon is a respiratory medicine specialist. He earned an honours degree from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland and completed dual certificates of completion of specialist training in General Internal Medicine and Respiratory Medicine in Ireland. He then earned a Doctorate of Medicine through research at Ireland’s Royal College of Surgeons.
- Dr Low previously worked at Changi General Hospital as a Respiratory Physician and Senior Consultant in the Department of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine. He was appointed senior clinical professor at Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, NUS, physician faculty at SingHealth PGY1 Residency, core faculty at SingHealth Respiratory Medicine, and past associate program director at SingHealth Respiratory Medicine. Additionally, he has been recognized with the SingHealth Excels (RiSE) award in 2014/2015, 2016/2017, and the Changi General Hospital Best Educator Award Medical-Postgraduate in 2014/2015, 2016/2017. (Residency). Additionally, he has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications and continues to serve as a key reviewer for a number of high-impact peer-reviewed journals.
