- Dr PRAVEEN RODRIGUES has close to two decades of expertise in India and overseas in the fields of dermatology, cosmetology, and venereology. He received his MBBS from St. John’s Medical College in Bangalore in 1992 and his MD in Dermatology, Venereology, and Leprology from the Department of Dermatology and STD at the Air Force Command Hospital in Bangalore. He received an IADVL (Indian association of Dermatologists, Venereologists, and Leprologists) Training Fellowship as a capstone. Assistant Professor of Dermatology at Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Medical College and Hospital and K.C. General Hospital in Bangalore. He then spent almost a decade in the UAE as a licensed dermatologist consulting with two of the country’s largest private hospitals, and he is fluent in Arabic.
- Dr PRAVEEN RODRIGUES has a significant interest in academics. He has developed health management and teaching skills, instructed dermatological post-graduate students and MBBS undergraduates, performed research in the field, assisted in the training and education of paramedical health staff, etc. Laser cosmetic surgery, hair transplantation, electrosurgery, cryotherapy, PUVA (Psoralen and Ultraviolet light therapy) for psoriasis, and vitiligo surgery are among the procedures he commonly conducts (punch grafting).
