- Dr. Shankar’s field of specialization, with over 18 years post-MD experience, includes high precision radiation treatment, total skin electron beam therapy for Mycosis Fungoides, and intracranial radiosurgery for benign intracranial tumors (Pituitary adenomas, Meningiomas, Acoustic schwannoma, Non-Acoustic Schwannoma etc.,). He specializes in extracranial radiosurgery (SRBT) for lung, liver, pancreas, spine, and prostate cancer.
