Dr Tapan Ghose graduated with honors in biochemistry from Silchar Medical College. In 1988, he earned the prestigious Dr. Anjan Chakravorty Memorial Medal in Medicine for achieving the highest marks in Medicine during his academic journey. Dr Tapan Ghose pursued postgraduate training in internal medicine at Assam Medical College, Dibrugarh, and earned his MD (Medicine) degree in 1993. He further received the DNB (Medicine) accreditation from the National Board of Examinations in the same year.
In 2001, after successful training at Batra Hospital Medical Research Centre, New Delhi, Dr. Ghose was conferred with the DNB (Cardiology) title by the National Board of Examination. Over the years, Dr. Ghose has held prominent positions, serving as the Principal Consultant in Interventional Cardiology at Fortis, Escorts Heart Institute, New Delhi, and Fortis Flt. Lt. Rajan Dhall Hospital, New Delhi. He also assumed the role of Director and Head of Cardiology at Paras Hospital, Gurgaon.
