Dr Wayne is a board-certified plastic surgeon who specializes in pediatric, craniofacial, and facial, breast, and body cosmetic surgery. Dr. Ozaki specializes in gender affirming face surgery and is also a part of UCLA’s gender health program. Dr Ozaki was born in Anaheim, California, and raised there. He completed his undergraduate studies and dentistry school at the University of Southern California. In 1988, he graduated as the class valedictorian from Dental School. Dr. Ozaki finished his residency in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery and attended the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. He subsequently spent a year as a research fellow in Plastic Surgery at the University of Michigan. He furthered his Plastic Surgery education at the University of Michigan. Dr Ozaki returned to California as a Craniofacial Fellow at UCLA under the supervision of Dr Henry K. Kawamoto.
